Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 25 August 2026
This Cancellation Policy applies to astrology consultations and related services offered through WebstroTalk, operated by Webflare Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Consultation Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Once a consultation has commenced, the service fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required due to a verified technical issue or under applicable law.
2. Missed Consultations
If a customer does not attend or is unavailable at the scheduled consultation time without prior cancellation, the consultation may be treated as a missed session and the service fee may become non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to the availability of the selected astrologer.
Approved rescheduling will generally not require an additional service fee.
4. Cancellation by WebstroTalk or Astrologer
If a consultation cannot be provided due to the unavailability of the selected astrologer or an issue attributable to WebstroTalk, the customer may be offered:
Rescheduling of the consultation; or
A refund of the applicable service fee.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation.
5. Gurudakshina
Gurudakshina is a voluntary contribution that a customer may provide to an astrologer after receiving their service, guidance, or advice.
The customer may choose the Gurudakshina amount at their own discretion. Gurudakshina is separate from the consultation fee and is generally non-refundable once successfully completed, except in cases of verified technical or payment processing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or where required by applicable law.
